Oops... forgot to say happy friday the 13th ._. though it's too late now.
Even though it's friday the 13th, I never had one as happy as this one. The day was perfectly fine, nothing went wrong. I planned not to go out incase misfortunes happen outdoors cause I'm supersticious like that. But went out anyway cause Phaik invited me and Bryan for dinner at Simpang.
We went to Phaik's house and she and Bryan spent hours having a happy yaoi photoshoot time with their dolfies in Phaik's room. Roziel is Phaik's doll. Yousuke is Bryan's. I'm not into dolfies. I'm into plushies. The whole time I was reading her manga.
We went out for dinner at about 7. When we were heading back at about 8...
The road was narrow so we had to make way for a car. I caught a glimpse of a cat near the car tyre and thought that it was gonna hit the cat, but it didn't. After the car left, I told them about the cat, but before I finished speaking, what we saw was... well... we stared at the cat for about 5 seconds before we approached it.
It was lying still at the side of the road. Super still. Its eyes were half open, its mouth was slightly open, it was gasping for air, and there was blood. All over the pavement in spots and dripping from its mouth. It was a white cat.
The car didn't hit it. The cat was already there. But what actually happened? It couldn't have been a fight. Its arms and the rest of its body have no injuries. Only its head. One of its eyes are bulging. It should be an impact on its skull. Hit and run?
We were panicking and none of us knew the SPCA's number so I told Bryan to get the operator's number. He called his dad to get the operator's number, then asked the operator for the SPCA's number, then passed the phone to Phaik who lives there and therefore knows the place best. We waited with the poor creature for almost half an hour. Passers-by stared at us and at it. When cars approached, me and Bryan stood by the it so the cars would avoid it.
We waited till a man carrying a cage approached us. He picked up the cat and put it into the cage and walked away. My heart was racing as he slowly put the cat into that cage. It's just a normal cage where people use to put healthy animals. They should at least use a stretcher or put some cushion. And the way he held the cat too... its head was lolling I was so afraid its fragile skull would crack even more.
It was a painful sight.
I may be overreacting it... but it's my first time seeing such a thing. There was a little bloody lump about half a meter away from it too. Possibly a body part from God knows where. This trauma would probably be with me for a long time.
The saddest thing was, when I returned to Phaik's house, and told her mother about it, she said that she saw the cat earlier. In that state. That means that cat has been out there for quite a long time. And no one cared? Even when so many passers-by walked past, no one noticed? Even when it was right outside a row of landed houses, no one bothered to check on it? It was a white cat. On black asphalt. There's no reason why nobody actually haven't noticed it. It pains me when I realised this...
And when the cat is in the SPCA, what's gonna happen to it? The SPCA is voluntary thing, I heard. And it receives very low funding. What's gonna happen to it? Die in vain?
It really is painful to see and realise all these things happening... We just now discussed that we're gonna try volunteering ourselves at the SPCA after O's. Phaik tried before, 4 years ago, but left quickly. She said it was a painful job. People are abandoning their pets in very saddening states, she says.
The rest of the night went sour, so we tried to cheer ourselves up by watching White Chicks. lawl. Well... at least I'm glad we did something for that little critter...
*sobs* T^T *trauma~trauma~*
Well at least I borrowed Phaik's .hack//Legend of the Twilight Bracelet manga from her. All 3 volumes. I could cheer myself up a little fangirling over BalmungxReki >.> ...

Ahurhurhurhur....
Hey look! I'm postin in da mornin~! =D
Cause I had a dream just about an hour ago or so. I think I was in some classy building. It's like a typical Taka mall, but the highest floors are some sort of office. I think I'm supposed to be a lawyer or manager or a little girl with authority, cause when I'm at the office I can easily summon people I want by stepping on their names which were on the floor. It's like a button. The dream was mostly in 3rd-person view so I'm not at all guilty stepping on people's names.
So I met up with this guy at the office. I think his name was... Mr Richard something. I saw myself discussing what sounded like important stuff to this guy. But I can't hear it.
Anyway, the next scene was me and my family at the mall downstairs. Seems my parents needed to buy this perfume at a perfume shop cause a friend asked for their help. So okay, we're at the shop. Seems like there's an auction about to start, cause they placed rows of chairs in that little space and people are sitting down. Once everyone was settled, the doors were shut. We found the place shaking... when we looked out the windows, the shop had grown mechanical legs and was separating from the building. Everyone was speechless. The shop walked to a good distance away from the building, till we almost could not see it anymore. We came to some sort of park.
The shopkeeper was... telling us his life story. About when a great flood struck the land and with it came ancient marine creatures -- the park. Or what it used to be. When we looked at the park, it's like the scene in Chrno Crusade. Everything had frozen to stone. We saw a school of piranhas leaping from the water onto a person, giant molluscs stuck onto people, a swordfish about to impale... people running and hanging on for their lives... it's like... being on a travellator in the underwater world, except everything's dry. And people are about to die if time starts to flow again in this place.
For some reason I feel a threat coming from the shopkeeper. He sounded... desperate to take revenge. On what? On who? I hope nothing turns bad here...
The next moment I found myself in a taxi, entering the school gate, except the old driver had came in the wrong lane and couldn't break in time and almost hit a few... scouts/SJABs/NPCCs, but they ran out of the way. We stopped at the parade square instead. And me and another person got out and we seemed to be in a hurry.
Suddenly we found ourselves back in that building. We headed for the office immediately, and I summoned Mr Richard again. I asked him if he saw that shopkeeper, and he said yeah, that way. I rushed to where he was pointing immediately. I was more like... running on fours than on twos... uhh... and I was dressed in red. Kinda like Shinku. But no, I wasn't wearing a bonnet. Everyone there seemed to be dressed in classic formal clothes. Dresses and coats and all that.
Welp, I knew it. That shopkeeper was a threat afterall. He was causing havoc at that place. It looked like a library full of tables. He was cursing and blaming people... was he seeking revenge on them? He threw rocks at this lady. When he turned away I approached her and asked if she's alright. She didn't say anything. She cried and hugged me as that guy threw more rocks at her. She's protecting me I guess. It's in 3rd-person view so I wasn't all that scared.
The shopkeeper started bashing people with chairs and stools. He aimed particularly for children. What a beast. Everyone else was hiding under tables, some tried running away. I went under a table too. As he approached, I picked up a chair and smashed him on the head. How'd you like paybacks, Mr shopkeeper? He was enraged. He starting coming after me. I picked up another chair and smashed him again. That didn't work. I picked up yet another and smashed him again, this time I tripped him with my foot. He fell, but grabbed onto my ankle. He pulled out a knife and was about to stab me. I twisted his wrist to make him drop it. Amidst all that brawl... I woke up.
Heheheh XD
What an anti-climax.

I finished sewing 2 arms and a leg of Ume's gorgon doll last night. I seriously don't know how to sew legs T^T I just took Kuro (my black kitty doll) and observed his leg patterns.
I HAVE 3 WEEKS LEFT!!! Need to finish up the doll, make my eyepatch, find new black shorts, maybe make new gloves, get my jacket finished up, make stickers.... OTL

I started reading Deadman Wonderland not long ago. And read till the latest chapter on onemanga within a day. Crap... it's totally good @_@
The concept was so unique, interesting, original... and it was bloody as well. It's rated mature afterall.
It's about this 14-year old boy named Ganta who was accused of murdering all his classmates even though he was innocent. He was sent to Deadman Wonderland (DW) -- a unique prison made to be a tourist attraction to heal Tokyo's economy after the great Tokyo earthquake. So the prisoners were made to participate in events to entertain the guests -- obstacle races, TV shows, fighting matches... the bad thing is, they're all bloody.
Also, prisoners here don't get cared of like they do in normal prisons. You don't get equal meals in the cafeteria. Here, you need a currency called cast points (CP), which you can use to purchase anything from food to furniture to drugs... and to buy off your sentence. You earn cast points from winning competitions, or doing certain jobs, and all that. You can also steal other people's casts, but that's cheating. So you need CP in order to survive here! It's not like the normal prisons where the government takes care of you. Here, you gotta face the bitter reality of living in a prison.
All the prisoners wear an identification collar. They can track you down wherever you go. Also, all those on death row, meaning those who're sentenced to death, have poison constantly injected into them from their collars. They have to eat a candy-shaped antidote once every 3 days or the death sentence is carried out. Meaning, they die. Now Ganta here is on death row. Candy can be purchased at 100000 CP. Thats equivalent to 100000 yen. Which is, a lot. Good luck surviving, Ganta.
DW is built on the sole purpose of capturing and containing Deadmans... but I'll leave that up to you to read. Enjoy =D

I went to the Indonesian restaurant Garuda near the Heeren hotel with my family and my uncle and aunt and 2 little cousins... I forgot when ._.
Service is so-so. Food is so-so Indonesian food.

First thing I went to get was the gyoza, as promised =w=
The umm... bad thing was. I forgot to take a picture of it and we all wolfed them down already! DX
Not just that. We wolfed down quite a lot of stuff before I remembered to take pictures too XD *gets shot*

Unagi omelet, scallop, prawn with bacon, beef stew, yoghurt milk...
We went to the cafe next door for dessert. Ochacha. You can tell it specializes in green tea stuff. My cousin looovveessss green tea. Man, was she happeh.

On Saturday my cousin stayed over at my house. Been quite a long time since I saw her. Good to have human company in my room sometimes too ^^
The moment she stepped in she was in awe...
Yes that's my room, for those of you blog lurkers who don't know me or haven't seen it. I'm not done with the posters actually XD I still have somemore to paste but I'm just lazy to rearrange everything.
No, I'm not a legendary otaku. Legendary otakus have their entire rooms poster-ed, and posters still hang from their ceilings. They have neat shelves full of manga, and glass cabinets full of figurines. I do not own figurines =( My glass cabinet is filled with little glass trinkets, ceramic and porcelain figures, bottles of saga seeds, a hell load of plushies, magazines, and anything else I feel like putting.
I have my 2 KHR posters DYING to be on the wall to be stared at with adoration. Infact I'm gonna paste them on the ceiling just above my pillow so I can stare at Tsuna and sleep with really sweet dreams.
But I'm not tall enough. Not even by stacking pillows. I suxxors TAT
Ah well that'll have to wait.
Anyway~ I already bought materials to make Ume's gorgon doll, so I started few days back already. I'm only at the 2nd arm now =\ I have less than a month left! Oh noeeessss =A=
Moving on... my turn to stay over at cousin's hotel room. That night we met with my family to eat at Sushi Tei. And at 8pm me, her, and my bro rushed to Kino at Taka cause there was a 20% discount storewide and I didn't know earlier! Fearing it might be the last day, we all rushed there and bought something each. I got the first 3 volumes of the classic Brave Story, my cousin got a graphic book, and my bro got... I forgot. Was it Witchblade? I WAS SEARCHING THE WHOLE ENGLISH MANGA SECTION THOROUGHLY FOR KURO SHITSUJI WITH MY DYING WILL. Didn't find it. My cousin found the chinese ones. I didn't want chinese ones =(
So I read them on onemanga just now. Only 3 chapters so far T^T
This morning we went to eat buffet breakfast at the hotel. Right, the hotel was Swissotel, you know, the one next to Raffles City.
This is where they serve breakfast.
The buffet had your typical breakfast variety of typical 5-star hotels, except what caught me the most was...
That's a honeycomb - the real deal. The idea was to let guests have FRESH honey off the comb itself. And it was fun to scrape them off! I think I scraped off almost half the entire wax. Scrape off a layer of wax and honey just oozes out and drips in sweet golden drops on the plate below. It was just a new experience for me XD
oooo... look at that honey dripping....
I ate it with my cereal, my milk, and off my spoon. The only problem was the wax. Sure, they're organic, but eating them is like chewing candles. And you DON'T want to chew candles.
Fresh honey is PURE AWESOMENESS.

Gaaaahhhh....
Aaaahhh I'm so damn sleepy...
REMEMBER. June 7 is DRAWING DAY. Go draw as many pictures as you can and post it up on the net on that day. They're aiming for 1 million pictures to be uploaded on the day itself =A=

Monday night was band dinner at a place called My Secret Garden. Steffi was at my house and we were getting ready. I spent such a long time picking clothes >.> ah man... the theme was "Diamond & Denim". So most people would wear jeans. You gotta have a "bling" item with you for the diamond part. I ended up wearing jeans, a white blouse, a "bling" star hairpin, a "bling" necklace and a "bling" ring, with orange "bling" shoes, and carry a purple "bling" bag =A=
The taxi ride from my house to the place at middle road cost me about $20 >.>
and we had a hard time searching for the place. After some time of searching we found the entrance. It's a tiny place trapped between buildings. The front sign was like THIS small =.= wow. The place sure lives up to its name. "My Secret Garden" it is.
The place was small. Sure it's cosy, being trapped between buildings like that, but when you have about 60-70 hyper people there, it's not really that great >.>
There were a few who didn't even stick to the theme! They wore floral dresses. Tube ones too. Which part of "Denim" didn't they understand, I wonder u_u
The buffet was great. There was seafood spaghetti, beef steak, grilled salmon, broccoli, baked potatoes, chicken... and the staff always refilling your glasses with coke/orange juice/water really quickly. Those who couldn't take beef were given a whole roasted chicken with grilled potatoes. Like wow ._.
Performances were just Zat and the councils singing. With Roy doing an extra dance for "Buttons" XD and presentation of our graduation umm.. slates. My slate had a picture of me in my VK uniform carrying a flute lolol~ Nikki and Shermaine sang a duet, "Everyday" from High School Musical 2. They're good, I admit =D nobody would guess Nikki's the type to sing hahas. But he did anyway, and he was great =) I recorded part of his duet too, though poor quality. I would throw it away, but since it's good blackmail material... =w=
We reached home at 11+. Another $20 x.x
Steffi was staying over at my house. We talked and gossiped till about 1.30am hehehs. And finally couldn't take it and slept.
...I know I'm putting on a bored tone here =A= couldn't help it. I'm really tired today... and... band dinner is not something I really look forward to I guess... shall not state my reasons here.

Moving on~ there's a seminar on English O lvl paper today. The whole cohort's supposed to go to Raffles... Boulevard I think? ._. My class was supposed to meet at Tanah Merah at 7.15am. Of course we'll end up meeting at 7.30 instead. I was playing Subarashiki on DS the whole journey anyway =\
The seminar was... I dunno... boring at some parts, but quite useful? You know how it is during lectures... ._.
After the thing was over we went to Marina Square to eat, then to the cinema to watch Narnia with Steffi, Xinyi, Huiting, Geraldo, Nikki, Tanoto and Norman. The rest were playing bowling.
The movie was okay I guess. Better than the 1st one imo. Edmund used to be such a jerk in the 1st movie but now he's way cooler XD all action and no talk kind of person. Suggoi~ On the other hand, Peter and Prince Caspian became the jerks. Imo, Aslan was kind of a... >.> in this movie. *SPOILER* I mean, if he could end the whole war with just 2 roars, why the hell didn't he do it in the first place and save all the killings? =.=

After the movie we went to get gifts for Felicia when we see her this sunday. We bought a giant card and had her name framed. I had to bring back the thing. It's quite big. We intend to let the whole class sign on the card.

Monday night was band dinner at a place called My Secret Garden. Steffi was at my house and we were getting ready. I spent such a long time picking clothes >.> ah man... the theme was "Diamond & Denim". So most people would wear jeans. You gotta have a "bling" item with you for the diamond part. I ended up wearing jeans, a white blouse, a "bling" star hairpin, a "bling" necklace and a "bling" ring, with orange "bling" shoes, and carry a purple "bling" bag =A=
The taxi ride from my house to the place at middle road cost me about $20 >.>
and we had a hard time searching for the place. After some time of searching we found the entrance. It's a tiny place trapped between buildings. The front sign was like THIS small =.= wow. The place sure lives up to its name. "My Secret Garden" it is.
The place was small. Sure it's cosy, being trapped between buildings like that, but when you have about 60-70 hyper people there, it's not really that great >.>
There were a few who didn't even stick to the theme! They wore floral dresses. Tube ones too. Which part of "Denim" didn't they understand, I wonder u_u
The buffet was great. There was seafood spaghetti, beef steak, grilled salmon, broccoli, baked potatoes, chicken... and the staff always refilling your glasses with coke/orange juice/water really quickly. Those who couldn't take beef were given a whole roasted chicken with grilled potatoes. Like wow ._.
Performances were just Zat and the councils singing. With Roy doing an extra dance for "Buttons" XD and presentation of our graduation umm.. slates. My slate had a picture of me in my VK uniform carrying a flute lolol~ Nikki and Shermaine sang a duet, "Everyday" from High School Musical 2. They're good, I admit =D nobody would guess Nikki's the type to sing hahas. But he did anyway, and he was great =) I recorded part of his duet too, though poor quality. I would throw it away, but since it's good blackmail material... =w=
We reached home at 11+. Another $20 x.x
Steffi was staying over at my house. We talked and gossiped till about 1.30am hehehs. And finally couldn't take it and slept.
...I know I'm putting on a bored tone here =A= couldn't help it. I'm really tired today... and... band dinner is not something I really look forward to I guess... shall not state my reasons here.

Moving on~ there's a seminar on English O lvl paper today. The whole cohort's supposed to go to Raffles... Boulevard I think? ._. My class was supposed to meet at Tanah Merah at 7.15am. Of course we'll end up meeting at 7.30 instead. I was playing Subarashiki on DS the whole journey anyway =\
The seminar was... I dunno... boring at some parts, but quite useful? You know how it is during lectures... ._.

OBJECTIONNN
Hell yes, you could guess I got addicted to Phoenix Wright already @_@
Considering I only started playing Ace Attorney LAST NIGHT.
Note: In case you're wondering wth is Phoenix Wright. It's a DS game where you play as a lawyer named Phoenix Wright and solve many court trials. Of course, you must help your client to win everytime. So you need to gather evidences, interview some people, spot contradictions in the opposing party's testimonies, and of course, end the trials in the name of justice. lawl.
I finished 2 trials last night. Man, the 2nd one did give me quite the pressure. But that's what gives me the perks *-* MOAR PRESSURE PLZ.
Moreover, it's got its fair share of humour too. I love all of Wright's expressions and personal comments. He's so downright sarcastic, which reminds me of how Kyon makes his personal comments everytime too XD
Oh, I love all the characters so far. All of them have such an interesting personality XD
Is this game supposed to be a "no dead-end" kinda game? Meaning even if you pick the wrong answer you still get to continue cause a miracle suddenly happens that helps you out? (like Mia coming back from the dead and giving you hints >.>) Or will picking the wrong answers everytime earn you bad reputation and you get fired as a lawyer? ._.
Nevertheless, of course I'll play the game truthfully and don't go searching for answers on gamefaqs XD

Yesterday I went on a full-day shopping trip to the busy central. Haven't gone in a long time >.<
I made a shopping list of ~21~ items. XD Needa get cloths and felts from Chinatown, materials and dyes from Art Friend, a maroon tank top, bandages, all for my cosplay purposes, clothes for band dinner (which is tmr!), YR's birthday present...
At the end of the day i only got like 3/21 of them XD I bought a red visor which I will DISMANTLE to harvest the red plastic to make Lal's visor and the white leather to make Lal's belt. Buying those materials alone would be more expensive ;o i'm saving munneh here!
I bought a brown apple/mushroom/padded cap too =D I've always wanted one! And since my bro bought the white one (for inspirational purposes, he says), I got urged to buy too. I bought the dark brown one cause it looks so much like Shiki's ^^ (umm.. Shiki is that main lead girl from The World Ends With You.)
I went to Art Friend at Taka and spent like almost an hour there. SOO many interesting things to see @.@ I bought 2 thin cardboards, a black copic marker and a maroon dye. All for Lal's costume ._.
Then I went to Nike at Wisma to get YR's present :3
I didn't get to go Chinatown cause it was about 7-8pm by then x.x
I should start working on Lal's props soon! Especially now that I got enough materials to start crafting out the base of her gorilla mask cum pauldron and also her boxes. Oh God, please bless these puny hands of mine. Make them work their magic @.@ (if they had any, in the first place.)
